Hi, I have since moved to another provider but still need to use the sure signal for my son who is on vodafone. How can I deregister and then register his number?

Also, I can't login on my old number anymore so not sure how to send you my details?

Hi there

Ideally you should have deregistered the SureSignal prior to your number porting away from Vodafone. But don't worry, one of the eForum Team will be able to assist you with getting it deregistered.  They will be along as soon as they can to drop you a Private Message.  Follow the instructions that you get sent carefully and the Team will be able to sort your issue out.

The only thing you have to do now is be patient as it can take a little while for them to respond.
