extra users not working

hi
i have just received and regestered my suresignal. i have two numbers on my account - my number and a second one for my girlfriend. it works for the primary number but not for the second number. i have added the my girlfriend's number as user but does not pick up suresignal.
any ideas why this does not work for two numbers??? we both have htc desire phones with same settings.
