hello my vodafone sure signal box is driving me mad lol

i accidently deleted myself off the box {stupid i know}

when i know click on my sure signal account it is only giving me the option to register

when i put in the serial number it comes up alreday registered

so in my wisdom i decided to phone the help line

after ages of waiting and making sure i get the right one to talk too

he told me i had come through to the wrong department and forwarded me to the right one {great i thought}

until the next guy i spoke too said he couldnt help and hung up!!!!

anyone here have any ideas

no the only option its giving me is to register

and when i do it its says its already registered :Sad_face:

Ok if the FAQs are not helping and the dashboard is not too then I'd suggest using Live Chat from a computer and or call Customer services for account assistance.

Ok I posted on here earlier and now I remember I did re register my sure signal to my sons account as I had previous trouble 

but now my son is long gone and I can't remember his user name or password or even the phone number that he used at the Time

is there anyway that I can de register it without this info 

and get it back in my name and number
