Hi all,
I have a problem with my Sure Signal box. I previously had it registered to my old iPhone 4, but I've recently upgraded to an iPhone 5S and not been able to link it to the box since.
I've spoken to technical help three times, confirmed SIM card is registered to the device and they've checked the box remotely. The last time I called the box was reset remotely, I was told me to put the phone close to the box as possible and the phone would defintiely connect within two hours and it hasn't after three days.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
