@AlanSS We’ve pushed a resync through to your Sure Signal, please allow up to an hour for this to update.

 

Once this has updated, please turn all the phones off that are in contact with the Sure Signal.

 

If you’re still unable to connect, please let us know.

Replaced Sure Signal with new unit following unit failure. New Sure Signal was working fine, but now iphone is not connecting to SureSignal

Everything you've posted looks fine and the light sequence indicates the Sure Signal is ready to take calls.

 

Please remove the number in question from the Sure Signal in the administration section and reset your Sure Signal.

 

Once this has been done, add the number back on and restart the phone whilst in range of the Sure Signal, this will resync your SIM on the virtual network.
