iPhone5 not working with Suresignal

Hi,

 

I've just switched from Android to iPhone5 and its not working with my sursignal. Is a resync required? I've removed the phone number and re-added it as a user and also tried rebooting the suresignal but neither seem to have worked.

 

Suresignal serial number: 40120104662

Speed test results: Download 29.74Mbps, Up 8.17Mbps

Ping test: 19ms, Jitter 1ms

IP Address: 109.152.130.161

Thank you for your post here.

 

From what I can see everything looks fine.

 

We have seen a number of customers with similar issues where a re-sync has resolved everything for you.

 

To see if this sorts everything out for you I have re-synced the Sure Signal for you today.

 

Please can you leave this for one hour and let me know how you get on.
