iphone 4 is not connecting to sure signal

Ive just updated my suresignal to the new plug in type which is all set up with al the lights on but it is now not connecting with my iPhone4 or 4S The old suresignal worked perfectly with both phones. Coincidently I have just updated my iPhones with IOS7. The signal was intermittant for the first couple of days repeatedly dropping out but has now gone completely. Any advise would be much appreciated.

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
