just red light on sure signal box

getting desprate as i have tried everything, had it for 6mths and its been fine on and off, but now its really playing up,
i have rebooted so many times turn router off and nothing.
i have sent a help message on 14 april with serial no on.
please can you have a look for me.

i have done that, i have even called the tech team, she done something there end but no change yet

@Inclusion - if you have done a factory reset on the sure signal box then it is borked. I had a minor problem with my SS involving a new phone, new micro SIM but same number - it wouldn't connect.
In an attempt to get this to work I was told to do a factory reset. Now the Suresignal will not even make a connection at all. So I now have problems with every phone rather than just the one new one.
Look round this forum a bit - you will find no end of people with exactly the same problem.
