lost contact with my sure signal account

Hi,
My wifes phone has lost a signal with our sure signal box, my signal is fine. I have tried to re enter her number but I seem to have lost my sure signal account from my Vodafone log in, I can not accsess my 'manage my sure signal' page it seems to have vanished. Help.
