need to de-register sure signal box

Hello i am the owner of the sure signal box and have not used it for a while need to deregister it to reregister it please help serial no 40111015042

How long has it been since you used the Sure Signal ?

If the device has not been used for a while and Vodafone think the device is no longer needed, it is removed from the network to make room for the newer devices.  If the device has been suspended, Vodafone would be unable to deregister it.

hi the sure signal is now working on my phone but not on my wifes

Hi Rdrr24, 

What phone does your wife have? It needs to be a 3G handset for it to connect to the Sure Signal. 

If it is try removing your Wife's number and then register it again after a couple of hours.
