Hi,
I have changed from a Nokia E72 to HTC One X with mini SIM and so have a new SIM. I now don't get a 3G signal although the phone is connecting with a low bandwidth signal. I get 20Mb on my modem. I looked at the forum for new SIM and so tried to unregister and re-register my number but see no registered users whatsoever on the add edit remove user panel. I then tried to just add a user but got a message saying my number is already registered. I have tried both chrome and MS Internet Explorer browsers. How can I set up the Suresignal so that my phone gets a 3G signal? Thanks Chris

If you have just got the HTC and rely on your SS box for signal I would suggest you take your phone back and get a different model as soon as possible. There is no fix in sight it seems.

Hi xenva
Thanks for your post. Is the Sure Signal registered under the phone number in question or are you just a user of the Sure Signal which is owned by a different number? If you're the owner I may suggest that you de-register the Sure Signal device via the Sure Signal dashboard in My Account and then re-register the device.
We'll also look to resync your device, please could you provide your Sure Signal serial number and we'll take you through the process?
If this fails then you may be encountering the same difficulties with connecting your HTC One X to the Sure Signal as herschelvf suggests. We are aware that some HTC One X devices are having difficulty connecting to Sure Signals and our devices team are investigating this, we're just awaiting updates from them before updating the relevant threads.
Thanks
Simon
