new sure signal plugin no red light

MacShemp
4: Newbie

Hi I have just taken delivery of a new Sure Signal. When I plug it in there is no red power light.

If I plug something else into it that gets power, there are also flashing lights underneath but the device also has not been allocated an IP address by my router.

Is this normal set up behavior? Should I be getting a red power light as soon as I plug it in even it it is configuring?

Thanks

Hi MacShemp,

I sent you the new Sure SIgnal, I'm sorry if it isn't working for you!

It does sound like you've received a faulty unit, it's best if we exchange it - reply to the last email you got from us and we'll be in touch to arrange the exchange
