Hi,
I have a sure signal which i have just newly setup. I am the admin and get full coverage however a user added does not. Regardless of the phone used the sure signal does not give the added user any coverage.
I have reset the device but still the same thing. It works fine for me so its odd.
Are you able to re-sync it for me? I can see that other people who had the issue had it fixed by support doing a resync.
