Vodafone Sure Signal

hi there i hope somebody can help with a problem with new ss box..

was delivered with simple instructions to just register connect and go ....mmmm not quite so easy as i have found out. to cut a long story short i have 2 lights flashing so phoned vodafone who said i needed ports opening by isp provider who is orange.. they said no i need to speak to router supplier which is belkiin, they said no i need a ip address, had the run around saying i don't, and the router will assign it... belkin said no they need the ip address for me to input then they can open the port number i gave them....

i have now found this forum to try and get some sound advise as i'm fed up with speaking to people around the globe...

could anyone confirm the ip address or how i get it and also the protocal type. i was told the port would be 500 50 4500 123 8

any help much appreciated

i have read loads and can't find any info on the problem, i have 2 lights flashing and have left it for over 24hours etc

Also, which of the two lights are flashing please?

hi Lee,

it's the 2 right hand side lights both flashing at the same time....serial number 40121036442 router is a belkin model fsd7632-4 any help much appreciated.
