one phone has full signal but the other none

Hi I have new sure signal 3 up and running at last, I have one phone up and running very well. But second phone does not seem to connect to the VSS. I have registered and unregistered the phone number and reset the unit, many times.

 

Does my VSS need a re-sync from your end?

 

VSS Serial no is 40132737111

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Your Traceroute looks OK to me. We can try a re sync but if that does not help it try the SIM in a different phone and see if that makes any difference.

 

To complete the re sync, please factory your Sure Signal.

 

-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.

 

The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.
