ongoing problems with Sure signal

Hi......I have had nothing but issues with my sure signal V3. I have contacted Vodafone on many occasions to try to resolve the lack of signal at my home address (was fine up until about 8 months ago), had tech guys take over my laptop to look at my router settings, had speedtests carried out etc and still it fails to work for generally more than 1min at a time.

I recently escalated the issue to a manager who informrd me that the issue would be resolved and still it fails to work.....this has now become a problem that as far as I'm concerned is not going to be resolved therefore I wish to cancell my contract with Vodafone at no expence to myself.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Your Sure Signal last made contact with the network at 5.15pm yesterday.

 

What light sequence are you seeing?

 

Also, please let me know your speed test result as I’m unable to see it on the above link.

Hi, I cant attach the results for some reason however they are:

ping 8ms

Download = 125.61mbps

upload= 11.61mbps

 

light shows red continous and next two white continous then further white when mobile connects, this then changes when mobole is being used to flashing red and next two flashing amber....connection lasts for about 1 min then fails

The download speed we require is 4.13 Mbps.

 

Is it possible for you to try the Sure Signal at a different address with a different ISP?
