only power light on suresignal

got suresignal thursday and has never worked. waited 24 hours and had no signal at all on phone so did a rest left it to configure all night and still had 2 flashing lights after 6 hours so i switched it off for 8 hours and deregisterd and reregistered this morning then switched it on and had 2 flashing lights again then after 4 hours i have only the power light on. please help

i have done everthing in the trouble shooting list and there is still no change. how do i get template of router?

Sure Signal is activated on my accout.

Only get red light each time I turn it on or reset (both lights flash for 10 mins then just red power light).

Set up router:

UDP pnp Enabled.

DHCP Reservation Set based on SS MAC Address.

Ports Forwarded to this IP address:

Port 50 - TCP/IP Port 4500 - UDP Port 500 - UDP Port 123 - UDP

Port 8 - TCP/IP

Got connection last night for an hour before I went to bed got and left switched on overnight and when I get up this morning I'm back to just the power light on only. Has anybody got a solution for me? Please help

Hi there andyt363,

 

Thanks for coming back to us.

 

Your traceroute looks fine as far as I can see. A couple of hops are a bit high but shouldn't be causing any trouble :smileywink:

 

I've checked the IP address too and this isn't the problem either. I notice that your VSS has connected to our servers since you last posted. If the issue is still there then could you try the VSS on another connection to rule it in or out as being faulty?
