phone wont connect to my replacement sure signal

I replaced my sure signal a few days ago as my old one had kicked the bucket. no lights on even when plugged in.....

The new one came and i have set it up same as the last one. de registered my old one, re-registered the new one, set as ground floor, added my number etc.. this time round however my phone wont connect to it, it has been plugged in and set up for 24hours+. the power light is on, the 1st 2 white lights are lit but still no joy. ive tried resetting my phone, resetting the sure signal, and re doing all the details on the website, still nothing

Hi

 

A long shot but could you try turning off 4G in the phones settings to force it onto 3G.

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
