Hi

Following switching to Vodafone BB from BT my SS V3 starts ok and works for about 2 hrs and then I get flashing red and two orange lights. I perform a reset (hold reset for 10 secs) and it comes back for another 2 hrs and falls over again. I never had any problems before switching. SS serial number 43151602067

The light sequence you've provided suggests that the location detected by the Sure Signal is wrong. This can happen when changing Internet Service Providers (ISP).

I've forced an update on the location of the Sure Signal, and performed a resync on the device.

Please leave the Sure Signal as it is for upto 6 hours, and then complete the the process by performing a factory reset;

  1. Connect device to internet and power supply
  2. Press and hold down reset button – located near the internet port
  3. Wait for 20 seconds
  4. Release the reset button
  5. All the LEDs will temporarily switch off for about 10 seconds. The power LED will then light up and remain constant whilst white internet LED flashes continuously.

Thanks Eric! Working as normal again!
