Hi there,

Is it possible to check that the VSS box I have is vaild. I have looked through various posts on the site and its all a bit baffling to me what I need to do to make it work. I have owned the new unit for a few weeks and have not been able to get it to work. 

I am told the unit is registered but can not add any more users. There is only the power light on staedy nothing else.

My sure signal serial number is 40113824383
