sure Signal V2 - BT Homehub - No Phone Signal?

If i plug in the Sure Signal box, I don't have any phone signal at all? - Both of my numbers. (please note i've had to unplug the box so i can use my phone)

Hi tztim,

 

That traceroute doesn't seem to be reaching our server. 

 

Can you re-run it for me? It should reach an IP starting "85.205".

 

If it still doesn't, speak with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to ask if they can see anything blocking it.
