sure signal 1 home hub 3 - phones not connecting

I have a problem where my sure signal and phones are not connecting.  Lights one two and four solid but nothing connects. For a while all worked ok then for no apparent reason this problem started. I have reset the sure signal according to other forum advice. I have also spoken to a tech assistant tonight to ask for the "firmware push" to my device but all that happened I think was a reset.

Please please please do whatever it takes to get my sure signal up and running again - It is very frustrating having this problem.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
