i have just upgraded with vodafone and now the sure signal box has stopped working. tried doing a reset, but no lights showing apart from red. logged on to my accoount and its still showing as active
Please go through the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread as this may help you to resolve your issue. It has links to the key things you can do to try and resolve the issue you are experiencing.
It may also be an idea to try the device with a different power supply in case that is the issue.
