sure signal 2 will not reset

ive succesfully reset my suresignal 2 a few times in the past. but today it will not reset

i press reset button for 30 seconds, then release.  im just getting the 2 lights flashing at the same time endlessly

any ideas?

My sure signal v2 has been down for the last 12 hours and wont reset both white lights are flashing.  I'm assuming that this is maybe connected to the BT user problems that was supposed to be fixed.

Does anyone know when we will get a resolution to this ?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
