sure signal 3 not working

Looking for some help setting up my sure signal 3.

The light is flashing, and the first signal (globe with arrow) is lit red.

I'm afraid it's not working Matt.  I've reset it, but this hasn't helped either.  Same pattern of lights shown.  Any thoughts? Many thanks for your help, fiona

Thanks for the information.

Are you still having issues with the Vodafone Sure Signal?

Looking at the light sequence it’s showing that the Vodafone Sure Signal is configuring.

If this still isn’t working, please do a reset on the Sure Signal.

Ensure that in your router settings the IPSEC setting has been selected, if you’re unsure on how to do this, contact your internet service provider.

Once you’ve tried this and if it’s still not working for you, please let us know if there has been any difference in the light sequence.
