i have read similar troubleshooting threads and the following are my details to assist. i have a SS3 and red light is on and flashing, internet light is off, service light is solid orange and signal light is solid orange. Can you assist ??  Neil

Hi neil1958,

 

Everything looks fine with the traceroute and the IP address.

 

The light sequence you are seeing is an authentication error that has occurred during setup.

 

To get this sorted, please can you reboot your rooter and the Sure Signal.

 

If this doesn’t fix the problem, please reset the Sure Signal to reinitiate the setup process.

 

-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.
