sure signal and new phone

i have a new iphone 5s and so have had to change the sim card but kept the number. It wont work with sure signal and i really need it as the signal is bad around here.....what do i do

It won't do it......we have tried but my daughter says it is waiting for me to approve it. There isn't anything anywhere for me to do that

Now it says by my daughters name on the sure signal page - pending_owner ........how do I gett his to owner ?

Finally it works after talking with live help and they then re-synced it which is what I have asked for since the beginning 3 weeks ago. No 3G but I'm thankful for what I have lol
