sure signal box not working

Please can you help? this is my sure signal Serial Number *21197145481
The power (1st green light) is on but nothing else hence no signal on phone. I have turned off power, and also performed the reset task (Holding down reset button until all green lights show, remove power cable and reinsert and wait an hour and still nothing all morning. BT braodband working fine, have also disabled and reabled link to no avail.
Also performed the Tracing Route exercise details of results below. Please can you urgently help me to get this working gain

Hi paganie,
The fact that only one light is showing means that the Sure Signal is not connecting, and from the traceroute you've pasted, I can see that your connection isn't reaching the right address at this end.
I can see, though, that the Sure Signal connected in the early hours of this morning. Can you confirm if you're still having issues, can you try the traceroute again for me, however for the last digit orf the IP, please try replacing the 7 with an 8 or 9. Once done, post the result here again.
