sure signal box stopped working

My signal box stopped working a few days ago the red power light is on and it's not flashing so I know their is not a fault with the box. I have rebooted both my signal box and modem, I get a signal for about 1 hour and then it goes again can anyone help

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

The problem seems to have rectified itself on it's own. It started working yesterday again and it's been on since
