sure signal failed

my sure signal failed after a power out on 14th. not worked since.  VF confirmed its not their problem, BT the same.  Final attempt at solution before scrapping £100 worth of kit.

Have now working system and full signal.  Thank you.

What caused this, could it happen again, how come it took so long to produce a solution?  I cannot be without for so long and to have your support tell me to contact BT was more than just wasting my time.

Although we’re not able to provide specifics, we’ll do everything we possibly can to make sure this sort of thing doesn’t happen again.
