This is the 2nd superhub question i've seen tonight, it sound like something isn't defautly allowing the suresignal traffic through to vodafone. Hopefully the tech team will be able to track down what. :Smiling:

I am upgrading to a VM Superhub on tuesday (all being well) so should be able to offer suggestions after that once I get home.

Usual suspects inside the router config pages would be enabling any VPN Passthrough settings if they are there, and putting the IP address of the suresignal into the DMZ.

Both of those may or may not help, but if you are happy playing around with your network at home, they are 2 fairly easy things to alter and test.
