sure signal issue in the gu10 area?

Hi

I. Have 2 v1 ss at 2 locations 1 mile apart both have been working for years, today both have lights 124 on flashing 3 light as norm but both my phones iphones4s 5s showing no service, reset both ss with both a hard reset and a long pres button no change, reboot phones no change, 

One location is on ADSL the other on fibre both BT. But both working fine before so do you have a issue as internet is fine.

Update

I have phoned voda by landline as I have no mobile reception, and no one from voda has looked here yet.... they are looking into it and will email me so I will update when I know more, but asvi said as the 3rd light is flashing the mobile is connecting to the ss and the server so I would say its a prob at the server end as a IT engineer for IBM.. hoping they may take me a bit more seriously !!!
