sure signal lights not in troubleshooting guide!!1

im having a problem with my sure signal again!!, its been off for a week now, and ive tried everything i can and been trawling the forums looking for an answer, the problem is the light sequence isnt in the ff guide,

 

im getting a solid red power light, flashing white light (the one that looks like the earth lol) and thats it, no other lights are on and no connection what so ever,

 

 

help!!!

im using the new version 3 sure signal, and a netgear router and connecting to sky, had no problems for a while then this

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi bowsey69,

 

Thanks for posting your results. your speedtest, traceroute and IP all check out great. :Smiling:

Looking at your serial number, your unit hasn't synchronised fully back on the 4th December. I'm pushing a manual sync out now for you so can you:

 

  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button.
  • The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.
