ok im totally fed up with this. SS works for 3 - 4 months flawlessly. Then stops. No change to ISP, upload, dowload speed anything. contact the forum, put in all relevent questions again, again. Told its my ISP again and again. NOTHING HAS CHANGED i keepsaying. then miracoulusly (spelling) it works again flawlessy for 3-4 months.; Now gone again .   (edited in accordance with House Rules). Bye VSS good riddance. Id rather use smoke signals

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

I have a hunch that the Sure Signal is unhappy if it is placed in a warm environment. It does run pretty warm anyway, no doubt related to the fact that it contains a transmitter. My unit is close to a window and, during the Summer, I had frequent disconnects. I repeat - it is just a hunch, nothing more.

No its still not up and running. Just lights 1 and 2. Tried new ethernet cable. No differance.

Still not working. Switching off then on works for about four minutes, then just lights 1 and 2 again. Very frustrating. Am going to try a v3 that I have. SN is 40131004158. Help would be appreciated

V3 doesnt work either. Can you re sync please
