sure signal nano sim re-sync

Hi. Swapped sim over to nano and now it will not register on my sure signal box. Please can you send a re-sync.

its been re-synced by VF and i have completed the factory reset and still no service on my nano sim!  my hubbys mirco sim works fine... why hasnt the resync worked??

You’ll need to remove and re-add the number on your My Vodafone account.
