sure signal not worked for months now despite calling vodafone

Hi

 

I have the sure signal v3 & it hasn't worked for around 3 months now. I called 191 around 3 wks ago & someone said it would be working again after 1 hour - that never happened

 

I have a solid red light & the next one slowly flashes, i've changed the cable that connects to my router as well, reset many times, turned on/off but nothing has changed. I'm unable to use my phone at home unless i go & sit in the car

 

Any help greatly appreciated

We've been advised that this has now been added to the whitelist.

 

Please perform a factory reset and advise us which lights are showing on the Sure Signal.

Hi

I now have a flashing power light, solid orange next light & a solid orange light at the end.

I have a BT Homehub 5 router, I've enabled port clamping, done the port forwarding as requested aswell
