sure signal on for 24 hours, red power light flashing, orange on service + users, no internet light

had my sure signal plugged in for over 24 hours now, still only getting a flashing red power light, no internet light, but 2 orange lights on the users and service. its all set up as per the leaflet that came with the sure signal, tried different plug sockets and increasing the range between the sure signal and my route still no change in lights, please advise on what to do next.

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Looking at your traceroute your hops are a bit high, each hop needs to be under 200ms.
