sure signal problem on bt infinity stopped working

Are you using a Home Hub router?

 

If yes then we’re investigating this issue here.

 

At the moment we don’t have an update available, but we’ll update that thread as soon as one is available.

Thanks for the update.

 

At the moment there isn’t anything that we can do to get this working, however we are working with BT to get a resolution as soon as possible.

 

As soon as we have an update we will post it on the thread that I’ve linked to above.

Thank you for your reply james. is this a problem with all 3 types of sure signal and compatibility with bt infinity or is it just my version version 2? i am getting slightly desperate as i will have to get a new supplier and port my number away.

All the information we have at the moment is on the link that James provided.

 

If you’re using a Home Hub, it’s possible that all versions of Sure Signal could be affected.
