ve been given a sure signal from a friend who has moved from the Vodafone network, despite repeated calls by both him and myself, the device still can't be registered under my phone no. I have taken a look at this for you and can see that the Sure signal is indeed still registered to the original owner.

I did try to contact the owner but there was no answer, due to this we will need to speak with the original owner to give us authorisation to remove the Sure Signal registration under data protection.

To allow us to do this you will need to get her to contact us directly where we can get this removed.
