Sure signal hasn't worked for 3 weeks now due to the ongoing outage.

How can I view this link sent by text to me from Vodafone that is meant to provide a regular update on the situation?

When I click on the link it says I don't have sufficient privelages. So not much use.

We can take a look at the Sure Signal, see here for the repair process.

If the Sure Signal is over 24 months old, you’ll need to look at buying a new Sure Signal.

But it was working fine until the recent outage. I can't believe it has broken that would be too big a coincidence.

What happens of I buy a new one and it doesn't work, might be my isp that is the issue?

Ask them to push you through some new software, worked for me.
