Sure signal hasn't worked for 3 weeks now due to the ongoing outage.
How can I view this link sent by text to me from Vodafone that is meant to provide a regular update on the situation?
When I click on the link it says I don't have sufficient privelages. So not much use.

Hi sfpoke,
Thanks for the information.
Everything looks fine from what you’ve posted.
Please can you let me know the serial number from the Sure Signal? Also can you post the light sequence from the Sure Signal?
I would also recommend that you make sure the IPSEC had been ticked on your router, if you’re not sure how to do this, please contact your internet service provider.
Cheers,
Laura

Hi Laura,
Thanks for your reply. I have been in touch with BT and have now managed to log in to my home hub set up and managed to get the sure signal on the IPSEC and applied it as you suggested i need to.
The sure signal serial no. is 21818942407
After setting the home hub up, I pulled out the power plug and held the the reset button on the sure signal, only the power light was on when plugged back in but then each flashed and back to the power light so i took finger off reset, light 2 came on and then 4 was flashing.
Shortly after all 3 of those lights then went off. At present only the power light has returned on.
What should i do now? Can you provide further assistance please?
Thanks,
Steven
