sure signal v2 not working

Woke up today and my sure signal isn't working. No idea how to do ping tests etc but I have tried Resetting the sure signal on its own and router On its own then both at the same time . Firstly get all 3 lights flashing, then just the power light and the signal light flashing then just a solid power light. I'm at a loss!

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
