Hi there . our power went out last week only for ten minutes , but it seems that the sure signal v2 box stoped working, serial no 40121453340 iv re set it, halv a dosen times and un pluged it too , it has one red light and next light flashing , pleasw can u help, i remember when iset it up u guys re set it your end meny thanks

Hi dorsetboy,
From the light sequence this shows that the Sure Signal is initialising and this usually takes around six hours.
I've checked the serial number and everything seems present and correct.

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
