Hello

 

I have registered my sure signal and opened all the necessary ports on my router but i am still getting a flashing red light and two static orange lights.

 

Please advise how to rectify

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

I've performed a resync on your Sure Signal to see if this helps to resolve the issue.

 

Please allow six hours for this process to complete.

 

After this time, please reset the device along with any phones which connect to it.

 

If you're still having problems after this, please let us know.

Do you still have the same light sequence on your Sure Signal?
