Hi there iv got a sure signal v2 that iv got dergisterd, and iv now registerd it to me im even getting the vodaphone emails telling me that iv just registerd it , now iv tried 3 times pluging it in , red light , next 2 lights flashing for a hour then , two lights solid red and next light but nothing tried pushing the reset button un pluging the power and resetting andputting power back in but nothing, can u guys help me , please !

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
