All lights on box but no signal. Offered sure signal to try and keep me as a customer after 2 years of appalling service. Doesn't work was charged £155 for the free box. Will be leaving this horrendous network. Been on the phone for 2 hours and again this evening for 20 mins with no answer.

Hello.

Please take a look through these Sure Signal Trouble Shooting threads :

https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Vodafone-Sure-Signal-troubleshooting/td-p/23917...

http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Troubleshooting-Please-read-before-posting/td-p/...

as these may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.

It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. They are available on eBay for around £10.

FAQs : https://support.vodafone.co.uk/Network-and-coverage/Sure-Signal/

To note the Sure Signal Device comes with a 24 month warranty.

The upfront cost should have been £100

Thanks. I will try these. I was given the sure start signal free of charge by the retentions department and it was later added to me bill in error. I wasn't happy, I seem to have nothing but problems with vodafoene. I've only have it about 2 weeks so will request a replacement if the above doesn't work.

Hi,

Youre Welcome.

I hope the links and troubleshooting tips help.

Have Customer Services rectified the billing error ?
