Hi dylwills75,

Just looking at your symptoms I would strongly recommend that you try replacing your power supply adaptor as this is usually the cause of problems similar to yours.

Firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc.

New power supply adaptors can be obtained from Ebay or Amazon and cost around £10-12 inc. delivery.

Regards.

@dylwills75

I've checked your IP address and it's showing within range, so this isn't causing any issues.

Your Sure Signal last connected with us this morning, please try restarting your phone to see if this helps.

Getting a new power supply as suggested by @cineriv may also help to resolve the problem.

Please let us know how you get on.

I've tried everything can't understand why it would be the power supply adapter as the box is working the power light is on the @light is on so I know it's connected to internet but the fourth light is off so it's not giving out 3G signal getting frustrating now it's been two weeks 😕

@dylwills75 You'll need to remove the affected numbers, leave a 24 hour period, then re-register them.

Our Live Chat team will be able to assist you with this.

Let us know how you get on. Smiley Happy

Don't be misled because there are lights on the box.

The power supplies rarely totally fail, they degrade over time until they can't provide enough power for the Sure Signal to fully operate correctly and the only way to diagnose the problem is to replace the power supply.
