Sure signal has been flashing for days....ive tried a reset but still the same ....PLEASE HELP ....im in an area where the signal is rather crap and i need it as my dad has just come out of hospital and we need it

Are you a Virgin Broadband user as its been discussed these people are having issues with Sure Signal.

 

Also Back in early November a forum announcement was released starting they were aware their is connection issues with the sure signal device.

 

 

You could try De Registering your number from the Sure Signal and Re Register or try the Device in a different location and ensure your 3G is toggled on in the phones settings. 

 

Can I ask -> Have you looked at the troubleshooting tips and FAQs may I ask.

as these may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.

It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. They are available on eBay for around £10.

no im not a virgin broadband user 

if the lights are flashing on the sure signal then its nothing to do with my phone. 

i cant put it anywhere else as its connected to the broadband.
