Hi g00se123,
This is an odd one!
Have you checked your post code in 'My Sure Signal' on your account?
If it is correct, try re-submitting it in the 'Manage Sure signal' option.
You could also try changing the post code to a different one for a short time then revert back to yours.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have done this for both devices one of which is registered to my wifes account. Weird one I agree. At least I know the weather in Douala partly sunny 34 degrees!
