Tried atraceroute and got this...
Resetting does not work it just results in green power light on permenantly.

Mine has not still.......It is however no got steady power light. AND flashing 2 PLUS 4 lights.

UKRACER you not alone mine has been off since i got the dreaded "deactivation message" on Jan 22. So 3 Calls to VF and lots of we are so sorry your having problems later, I am still not reconnected. Contract runs out soon so after 8 years with VF maybe time for change..
